磁性材料的真空热处理工艺及设备

摘要 磁性材料因其特殊的物理性能而被广泛应用于各个工业领域。在磁性材料加工成零件时需要进行热处理,以达到零件的设计性能。在真空技术应用于热处理行业之后,产生了一种新型的热处理工艺—真空热处理。与传统工艺相比,真空热处理在很多方面都有着明显的优势。本文将结合我公司近几年来研发的几个型号的真空热处理设备,并根据具体的零件,对磁性材料的真空热处理工艺进行介绍。 Magnetic materials are widely used in industry as its special physical property. In order to reach the designed property, it must be proceeding by heat treatment while it to be parts. Since vacuum technology applied in heat treatment, a new heat treatment processes exists vacuum heat treatment, which has a distinct advantage in all respects in comparison with classical process. This paper has combined with the research and development in some vacuum heat treatment equipments by us in recent years and introducesd the vacuum heat treatment of magnetic materials according to specific parts.
