摘要
本文通过对上海港集装箱增长与上海公路通车里程增长之间关系的分析,指出在上海国际航运中心战略定位中必须重视上海港未来集装箱吞吐量飞速增长对城市道路规划建设所带来的压力,并提出了用集装箱公路系数来测定未来集装箱吞吐量可能对道路交通形成的压力的方法。
By the analysis of the relationship between the growth of container throughput of Shanghai Port and the growth of road mileage on traffic in Shanghai, it is approved that should be attention to the press from the rapidly increase of container future throughput of Shanghai Port to the urban road plan and construction in the strategy position of Shanghai international shipping center. The method also be delivered that is container road coefficient which could detect the press of container throughput to road traffic.
