摘要
本文对区域综合规划执行力的评估问题进行了研究和探讨。提出了科学性、发展性、普适性、系统性四项评估指标选取和体系设立原则,介绍了运用层次分析法进行评估的原理、步骤和方法,给出了区域综合规划执行力评估的三级指标体系,最后指出了执行力评估中应关注的四个问题。
The Enforce Ability Evaluation of Regional Integrated Planning is discussed. As the principles of the choice and foundation of evaluation Indicator system, scientific, developmental, appropriate and systemic principles are analyzed. Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process, three hierarchies Indicator system is established. At last, four important factors in the process of Enforce Ability Evaluation of Regional Integrated Planning are pointed.
