PDCA Circulation, which is also named Daiming Circulation, is put forward by Doctor Daiming, an American Quality Management expert. PDCA, which is composed of the first letter of the following words： Plan, Do, Check and Action, is a scientific procedure on overall quality management. This article elaborates the importance of the grade management and applies the method of PDCA Circulation in college grade management in the expectation of improving the quality and efficiency in the grade management and realizing the continuous im- provement of teaching management.
