摘要
根据计算速度快捷的曲面生成算法-几何参数法,提出了基于几何参数法的模拟板材激光成形全工艺的新方法,应用VB软件实现了此模型的板材激光成形全工艺模拟。并提出了基于几何参数法的工艺方案设计和工艺控制方法。模拟计算结果证明,该方法在模拟整个激光成形过程中应用的可行性和实用性。
This paper suggests the geometrical parameter method for laser forming of sheet metal, by means of which the formed surface can be quickly created. The simulation for the full laser forming process is presented and has been realized on the basis of the geometrical parameter method. In this paper, the methods for designing the process pi- an and its control have been also ikkustroted. The simulation results have proved the effectiveness of the method and the applicability of the full process of the sheet metal laser forming.
