摘要
研制了一种新型数字式压力控制泵,它是一种采用微机控制的、主体为结构较简单的容积式泵的机电一体化产品。通过控制器中预设的程序对步进电动机输出转角、转速的控制来实现泵的容积或压力改变。由于实现了泵对执行元件的直接压力控制,省却了许多控制阀及相关元件,使压力控制回路简单、经济。该控制器具有很好的应用前景。
A new type numerical pump is developed to control pressure. It consists of a simple - structured volume -type pump as an integrated product controlled by a microcomputer. It can change the volume or pressure of pump through the control of output angle and rotational speed by the pre-established program in controller. Because the pump directly controls the actuator pressure, many controlling valves are saved and the control circuit becomes simple and e- conomic. It also has a better application prospect.
