小麦籽粒硬度蛋白PINA和PINB的电泳分离方法比较

摘要 试验以4个硬度不同的小麦品种为材料,采用单籽粒蛋白提取法分离了Puroindoline蛋白,并进一步通过改进的SDS-PAGE和A-PAGE方法对Puroindoline a(PINA)和Puroindoline b(PINB)蛋白进行分离。结果表明,A-PAGE的分离效果要远好于SDS-PAGE,不仅能更好地将两个蛋白分开,且具有省时、省力、操作简便等优点。
