摘要
介绍了WZM1-315C全自动管-板焊机的组成、结构和工作原理。该焊机采用龙门结构操作架以及特殊设计的机头传动结构和冷却系统,并配置自主开发的基于PLC的控制系统,具有结构紧凑、功能完善、工作可靠、焊接质量好等特点。生产实践证明,该焊机在换热设备的管子与管板的焊接中取得了良好的应用效果,与国内外同类焊机相比,更适应我国国情,使焊接接头的质量得到可靠保证。
The WZM1-315C style tube-sheet welding machine is introduced in this paper,including its framework,structure and principles.A frame with gantry structure,a special welding head driving system and a special cooling system are applied to this machine.And it is equipped with the control system based on PLC developed by us.This maehine is characterized with its compact structure,complete functions,high degree of reliability,and good welding quality.In practice,this machine has well effect in the tubesheet welding of heat exchanger,and it has ensured welding quality with its wide adaptability in our country.
