摘要
对高镍铬铸铁轧辊材料进行激光相变强化试验,观察了其微观显微组织,并进行了硬度测试和耐磨性分析。研究发现,激光相变试样存在熔化区、淬硬区和母材三个区域。激光相变处理后硬度由基材的500HV提高到800~900HV。激光强化处理后高镍铬铸铁轧辊的耐磨性也远高于母材。还分析了激光相变出现熔化区及产生裂纹的机制,并进行了温度场模拟,以探索优化的工艺参数。
The laser phase transformation-hardened experiment on specimen of high-Ni-Cr cast iron has been performed,and the microstructure,the microhardness and the abrasion characteristic are analyzed.The results show that its section is divided into melt zone,quenched zone and the base metal.The microhardness of hardening zone is improved from 550 HV to 800N900 HV,most to 900 HV. The hardness of the specimen with the experiment is much higher than that of base metal.The crack in the specimen is analyzed and the best technical parameter are explored by temperature field simulation.
