摘要
本文根据矿产资源开发利用的阶段性，阐述了其保护内容，并在探讨保护理论的基础上，提出了我国矿产资源的保护模式及重点。
This paper gives a very general account of the protection content in the every stage developing and utilizing the mineral resources.On the base of the theory,this paper puts porward the model and importance protecting mineral resources and the idea establishing the protection system.
