摘要 NOX(氮氧化物)是汽车尾气排放物中的主要污染物之一,而冷却器EGR(废气再循环)系统是降低NOX的有效方法之一。该系统中的关键部件之一为EGR冷却器。介绍了EGR冷却器外壳钨极氩弧焊焊接工艺。试验证明,钨极脉冲氩弧焊可实现I型坡口单面焊双面成形,焊接生产率高,各项性能指标均满足规范要求。 NOx(nitrogen oxides) is the main pollutant of vehicle exhaust,but the EGR (exhaust gas recycle) cooler system is one of effective methods for reducing the NOx.The EGR cooler is the key component of this system.This paper introduces the TIG welding technology for EGR cooler shell.Tests show that TIG welding can make both sides of the I type groove formed by welding by one side.h has high welding productivity and its performances can meet various requirements.
