动态血压观察缬沙坦和贝那普利降血压的疗效

Curative effect of valsartan by observation of ambulatory blood pressure

目的24 h动态血压观察缬沙坦降压疗效,并与贝那普利的降压疗效进行比较。方法采用美国太空公司的24 h血压检测仪观察门诊及住院患者口服缬沙坦、贝那普利后的血压变化,所有参选患者随机分为两组,治疗前后观察入选患者的肝肾功能,血糖血脂的指标。结果治疗6周后患者白昼及夜间平均血压、平均脉压均显著降低(P<0.05)。结论缬沙坦和贝那普利一样具有良好的降压效果。

Aim To study the curative effect of valsartan on binging high blood pressure by observing ambulatory blood pressure, and compare it with Benazepril. Methods 24-hour blood pressure check instrument,made by American Space corp, was introduced to ob- serve the blood pressure change of the outpatients and inpatients who have taken Valsartan or Benazepril. The patients were divided into two groups randomly. The function of livers ＆ kidneys and the index of blood sugar ＆ blood fat of those patients were observed, which are supposed to be compared with those who have taken Benazepril. Results After six weeks of treatment, the average blood pressure and pulse pressure day and night of those patients remarkably declines （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Valsartan has an excellent effect of treating high blood pressure as Benazepril.
