摘要
目的建立测定酒石酸美托洛尔缓释片中有关物质的高效液相色谱法。方法以Diamonsil-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,以十二烷基硫酸钠水溶液(取十二烷基硫酸钠2.88 g,磷酸1.96 g,加水溶解并稀释到1 000 ml)-乙腈(40∶60)为流动相,流速为1 ml.min-1,紫外检测波长为223 nm,以外标法定量。结果3批样品的有关物质含量均小于1.0%。结论该方法简单、快速,结果准确。
Aim To develop a method to determine relevant materials of metoprolol tartrate in sustained release tablet by HPLC. Meth- ods Diamonsil-C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm ,5μm) was used, with sodium-dodecyl-sulfate solution-acetontrile (40:60 ) as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 ml· min^- 1. The detection wavelength was 223 nm. Results Content of relevant materials in three batches of sam- ple was less than 1%. Conclusion The method is easy, highly specific,efficient and reproducible.
