HPLC测定定喘止咳糖浆中盐酸麻黄碱的含量

Determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in dingchuan zhike syrup by HPLC

目的 建立高效液相法测定定喘止咳糖浆中盐酸麻黄碱的含量。方法InertsilODS-3柱（4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm）,流动相：乙腈-0.02 mol·L^-1磷酸二氢钾溶液（磷酸调至pH2.5）3∶97,流速1.0 ml·min^-1,检测波长209 nm。结果 线性范围为14.9～74.5 mg·L^-1,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.4%,RSD为0.50%。结论本方法较简便、准确,重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Aim To establish a method for determining ephedrine hydrochloride in dingchuan zhike syrup by HPLC. Method Inertsil ODS-3 column（5 μm,4.6 mm ×150 mm） was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-O. 02 mol · L^-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate （ pH was adjusted to 2.5 with phosphoric） = 3： 97,with a flow rate at 1.0 ml·min^- 1. The detecting wavelength was at 209 nm. Result The ephedrine hydrochloride had a good linear relationship between 14.9 mg· L^ - land 74.5 mg·L^-1 （r =0. 999 9 ,n =5）. The average recovery was 99.4%, and RSD was 0. 50%. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and reliable with a good reproducibility. The quality of dingchuan zhike syrup can be controlled by this method.
