胃肠手术围手术期抗菌药物应用情况的调查分析

Analysis of using antibiotics in the gastrointestinal operation

目的 调查胃肠手术围手术期抗菌药物的应用情况,评价其用药合理性。方法 回顾2005年1月～2006年12月85例胃肠手术病历,对围手术期抗菌药物的使用情况、给药方式、用药时间、应用品种及用药频度进行调查分析。结果 85例胃肠手术病例全部使用抗菌药物,使用频率最多的为β-内酰胺类抗菌素,用药4 d以上占97.65%,给药方式主要是静滴。结论 胃肠手术围手术期抗菌药物应用基本合理,预防性抗菌素应用的方式存在问题。

Aim To study application of antibiotics to the gastrointestinal operation in the perioperative period. Methods Application, frequency, times and methods of using antibiotics in 85 cases of gastrointestinal operation from January 2005 to December 2006 were ana- lyzed. Results Antibiotics were used in all 85 cases. Beta-Lactamase of antibiotics were most frequently used. Using antibiotics over 4 days were in 97.65% of the case. Conclusion Using antibiotics in the gastrointestinal operation were reasonable in the preoperative period, yet there exist problems in using antibiotics for prevention.
