6%中分子羟乙基淀粉用于体外循环时温度对脑电双频指数的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的评价6%中分子羟乙基淀粉(万汶)用作体外循环(CPB)预充液胶体成分时,温度变化对脑电双频指数(BIS)的影响。方法选择15例择期CPB下行先天性心脏病纠治术患儿,其CPB预充液的人工胶体采用万汶,分别于CPB前10min(T0)、CPB前7min(T1)、CPB前5min(T2)、CPB开始即刻(T3)、鼻咽温降至36℃(T4)、降温至34℃(T5)、降温至32℃(T6)、降温至30℃(T7)、复温开始即刻(T8)、鼻咽温升至32℃(T9)、升温至340℃(T10)、升温至36℃(T11)、CPB停止即刻(T12)时,记录BIS值。结果BIS值在T0-2:时间点差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);T3-10明显低于T2,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);T7 BIS值明显低于T3,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);与T7比较,T9-12明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论在采用万汶的体外循环期间,BIS受体外转流、温度变化而变化,尤其在降温阶段更明显,反映了脑循环状态随温度的变化。
