摘要 针对目前国内湿度控制设备测量精度差、控制算法简单、智能化程度低的不足,通过对被控对象的特性研究,提出了一种基于专家规则的湿度控制算法,并在带RTOS的AVR单片机上给予实现.系统选用新型湿度传感器,并设计了针对不同温度下湿度的自动补偿算法,无须手动标定,测量精度高.根据环境湿度和设备吸湿能力的不同,通过查询依据专家经验所构建的规则表,实现了对湿度的连续、动态、适时控制.引入RTOS(实时操作系统),按任务的重要程度规定优先级别,保证了系统的可靠运行.设计了基于C++Builder的上位机软件,实现了温、湿度曲线的绘制、数据的储存、报表打印等功能.实际应用结果表明:系统运行平稳,人机界面友好,闭环控制精度高,具有一定的推广价值. Aiming at the technical deficiency of domestic humidity control equipments at present including low measuring accuracy and few intelligent algorithms, a control scheme with expert system is proposed and realized based on AVR MCU with RTOS (real-time operating system). A new humidity transducer with high precision is selected and an algorithm of temperature compensation is adopted. According to environment humidity and ability of absorbing humidity, through inquiring about the rule list which is composed of expert experience, humidity can be controlled continuously, dynamically and timely. The RTOS is adopted to improve system dependability. A C + + Builder-based software can draw the curves of humidity and temperature, save data to database and print reports. Experiment results show that the system can operate steadily, the interface is friendly, the algorithm has high precision and that the apparatus has low energy consumption.
