摘要
为了提高无人机(UAV)现有刹车系统的刹车性能和刹车效率,文中针对无人机全电刹车系统的设计,介绍了刹车系统的组成并与传统的液压刹车系统进行了对比,简要分析了无人机全电刹车系统的结构特点,特别针对无人机全电刹车系统的关键技术即电作动机构和刹车控制盒的设计进行了详细的分析,对刹车控制盒所采用的控制律即多门限PID控制方法进行了简要说明,并利用仿真软件MATLAB中的SIMULINK工具建立了基本的模型,结果表明全电刹车系统无论是在刹车性能还是在刹车效率上都明显优于传统的液压刹车系统。
In order to improve the performance and efficiency of the brake of UAV (Unmanned Vehicles), this articles based on the design of the electric brake of, the composing of brake system is introduced and it is compared to the traditional hydraulic brake. An analysis is given for the structure and features of it, specially describing the key technique of UAV that is design of electric actuator and brake-control box in detail. The synopsis elucidation of control law that is control method of multilateral threshold of PID is given concisely, the basic models are built with the tool of SIMULINK in the software of MATLAB, the result of simulation is similar to real states and indicates the performance and efficiency of the electric brake are better than the traditional hydraulic brake.
