摘要
介绍了一种基于旋转变压器的轴角编码器;给出了轴角编码器的硬件结构和工作原理;分析和比较了各种功率振荡电路的优缺点;详细论述了数据采集和数据发送中的软件可靠性设计;通过对采用轴角编码器的无人机无线电地面跟踪定位系统做静态测试和动态测试,得到了与固定方位角(静态)或GPS数据(动态)吻合良好的测试数据;应用结果表明:文中给出的轴角编码器设计合理,可推广应用于各种轴角测量系统。
A kind of axle-angle eneoder based on resolver is presented. The hardware structure and working principle of axle-angle encoder are given, and the advantages and disadvantages of various power oscillating circuit are analyzed and compared , and software reliability in data acquisition and data sending are expatiated in details. Through static and dynamic test of wireless ground-locating system of UAV adopted encoder the result fits fixed orientation angle or GPS well. The application shows that the axle-angle encoder is feasible and can be popularized to various axle-angle measuring systems.
