摘要
水是目前造成道路早期损坏的主要原因,排除进入道路结构内部水最有效的措施是设置排水基层。通过研究提出一种免振捣多孔混凝土排水基层,分析了影响多孔混凝土工作性的因素,并进一步提出适宜的工作性评价方法-富余浆量法和评价指标-富余浆量比。以富余浆量比为指标,采用多因素正交设计试验,根据极差分析和方差分析进行数据分析,得到评价指标富余浆量比的回归公式。结果证明,富余浆量法可以较好地评价免振捣多孔混凝土的工作性。
Water is the main reason to cause road early damage, one of the most effective measures to exclude water within structure is setting permeable base.The text put forward a kind of permeable base that is porous concrete with non-vibration molding.Factors influence its workability are analyzed,the method and index of evaluating workability are advanced.The index is margin cement mortars ratio.Orthogonality test design is adopted in tests,regression formula of evaluating index-margin cement mortars ratio is educed.Tests shows that margin cement mortars method can evaluate workability of porous concrete with non-vibration molding commendably.
