摘要
通过试验研究证明,破碎工艺能改善卵石混凝土的抗压和抗拉强度,对抗压强度的改善程度在10%以内,而对抗拉强度的改善程度可达20%。混凝土的双向拉伸强度比单向拉伸强度还要低20%~30%左右,表现为双向拉伸弱化效应。这对复杂荷载应力作用下的大跨度梁及板壳结构设计来说,是一个重要的值得深入研究的课题。
In researching of experiment,this study prove that that fragmentized technology can improve the compressive and tensile strength of pebble concrete.The effect of its compressive strength is inside 10%, however, it reaches 20% for the tensile strength;the concrete's strength under the biaxial tension is also 20%-30% lower than its uniaxial tensile strength, therefore,it is putting up the biaxial tension weakening effect.This is an important and worthy of researching problem for the large span girder, plate and shell structures which are under the complicated load.
