改革开放近30年来,我国混凝土行业为我国经济和建筑业的高速发展作出了重大贡献,行业发展规模及技术管理水平也取得了长足进展,但整体发展水平与世界先进水平和中央提出的建设资源节约型社会的要求相比,在节能、环保、高性能等方面还存在一定差距,需要在混凝土行业的技术、政策、管理、市场等各个方面不断提高、规范和协调,以实现我国混凝土行业的和谐、科学发展。

In the recent 30 year from the reform and open policys,our country concrete industry has made the significant contribution for our country economy and the architecture industry high speed development,the concrete industry development scale and the technical management level has also made the considerable progress ,but the whole level of development also has certain disparity from the world advanced level and the construction resource conservation society＇s request proposed by central in energy conservation, environmental protection, high performance, and so on.The technology,policy, management, market in the concrete industry need to enhance, rule and harmonize, and realize armonious and scientific development of concrete industry in our country.
