摘要
鸭河口水库右岸电站三台机组在总体增容研究中,针对发电机转子磁极存在的磁极铁心变形、磁轭圆度不合格、磁极线圈接头结构不合理等问题,从而造成磁极铁心背部形成二道气隙,转子调圆需加垫片,保证不了机组技改增容的成功,为此我们有关技术人员经过不断的学术探讨,利用新材料、新工艺、新方法解决了这些问题,节约经费百万元以上。
The paper exposes the problems such as the deformation of magnetic pole in the rotor, poor circularity of the magnetic yoke and unreasonable construction of connector of the coils of the three generator sets located at the right bank of the Yahekou Reservoir, resulting in the second air gap. In order to resolve the problems and increase the capacity of the generator sets, the shims are employed to improve the roundness of the rotor as well as the new materials, workmanship and processing method are applied to save several million of Yuans.
