阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征动物模型的研究进展

Recent advances in research on animal models of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome

摘要 现代医学常利用疾病动物模型来进行研究。目前有越来越多的学者通过动物模型的建立,来深入研究阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征,本文就数种该模型的制作方法加以综述并对各模型的特点进行比较。 Animal disease models are often used in the modern medical research. More and more scholars research the obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome by establishing the animal model. In this paper,several models of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome were reviewed and their features were compared.
