Four common conditions in restrictive lung ventilation disorders, obesity, pregnancy, kyphoscoliosis and interstitial lung disease, can cause change in sleep respiratory mode, influence sleep quality,lead to severe nocturnal hypoxemia, hypercapnia and even sleep apnea as well as intrauterine fetus hypoevolutism. More attentions should be paid to the research on associated influential mechanism so that more effective treatment can be achieved.
