摘要 肾素-血管紧张素系统（RAS）在心、脑、肾、肺等器官的组织纤维化病理过程中发挥重要作用。RAS与组织纤维化的发生、发展密切相关，血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂或血管紧张素Ⅱ的Ⅰ型受体拮抗剂可防治组织纤维化的进程。 Renin-angiotensin system（RAS） plays an important role in the pathogenesis of heart, brain,kidney and lung fibrosis. RAS has a close relationship with tissue fibrosis and angiotensin enzyme inhibitors or angiotensin Ⅱ receptor antagonists could prohibit and treat tissue fibrosis.
