信号转导和转录激活因子6基因与支气管哮喘的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 信号转导和转录激活因子6(STAT6)是STAT的成员之一。它通过信号转导作用,促进相关基因的转录,在Th2细胞和B细胞增殖分化、以及支气管哮喘与过敏性疾病发病中发挥着重要的作用。以STAT6为靶点治疗哮喘是目前研究的热点,并取得了一定成效。本文就STAT6基因在支气管哮喘的发生和发展、及其对哮喘气道炎症调控作用等研究综述如下。 Signal transducers and signal transducers of transcription 6 are the main connections to the STAT,which through the most important functioning of signal transducers enhance the transcription of related gene,and exert the most important role of the proliferation and differentiation of Th2 type cell and B cell,and bronchial asthma and allergy diseases. And nowadays the research hits are around the therapeutic target of STAT6 and have achieved some good results. This paper concentrates on the occurrence and development of bronchial asthma of the STAT6 gene, and the controlling function of allergic airway inflammation.
