摘要 根据流域实际情况建立了综合评价梯级水电开发的评价指标体系.提出系统多层次灰色熵优选模型,由系统论将决策水利水电方案的影响因素分成若干个子系统,每个子系统由相应的评价指标组成.首先根据评价指标的灰色关联系数,由熵权法计算出各指标的权重,然后得到各个子系统组成的关联度矩阵,类似求出各子系统的权重,最后由子系统权重和关联系数求出系统的综合评价关联度,由关联度的大小对水利水电系统中的方案排序.将模型应用于西藏尼洋河流域规划建设的7座梯级水电站,得到符合实际情况的电站建设顺序. An evaluation indicator system for synthetically evaluating the development of cascaded hydropower station is established. The system multi-level gray entropy optimization model is put forward through the decision influence factors of water conservancy and hydropower schemes is divided into sub-systems based on the system theory and the each sub-system is constituted by some evaluation indicators. Firstly, according to the gray correlation coefficient of evaluation indicators, the indicators weight is computer by the entropy weight method. Then, the correlation degree matrix of each sub-system is get and each sub-system weight is similarly calculated. Finally, the system general evaluation correlation degree is computed according to the sub-system weight and gray correlation coeficient and the water conservancy hydropower schemes is sequenced by the evaluation correlation degree. The model is applied in 7 cascaded hydropower stations of Tibet Niyang River Basin and a proper station building order is achieved.
