摘要
介绍了一种基于CPLD芯片的数字PWM超声波清洗电源的设计,其中包括数字PWM信号产生电路、单片机控制电路、功率放大电路、保护电路以及超声波电源与换能器的匹配和频率跟踪设计,并给出了系统软件设计流程。
A novel ultrasonic cleaning power supply based on digital PWM generator is developed. The main circiuts including digital PWM signals generator, microcontroller circiut, power magnifying circuit safeguarding circuit ,the dynamic matching and frequency tracking circiut are discussed in detail. Finally, the desingning scheme of the systemic software is presented.
