摘要
流动注射分析(FIA)具有诸多优点,能方便地与各种检测器联用,已在各种物料分析中获得广泛应用。在FIA-FAAS的研究中,Tyson等提出了与常规校正法不同的单标准连续稀释校正技术。此法的基本原理是:在采样阀与雾化器之间串入一个体积较大的带有搅拌器的混合室以获得较大的分散度。当一个试液被注入载流后,在混合室迅速分散。
According to the rule of concentation changing in a gradient chamber, C=C_m[1-exp (-ut/V)], this paper studied that the techn que of flow injection analysis applied to flame atomic-absorption spectrometry and calibration in FAAS achieved by means of a concentration gradient chamber using single concentrated standard solution. The method was used for the determination of magnesium in water and geological sample, the results showed good precision and good accuracy.
