组合钢模在预应力混凝土梁制作中的运用

Application of Combined Steel Formwork to Precasting of Prestressed Concrete Beams

针对梁型新、型号多、生产批量少,在外型尺寸中有一定互换性的特点,通过设计制造组合钢模,能有效地缩短工期,降低制造成本。介绍这种组合钢模的设计与制造。

In the light of the characteristics that the beam types are new, beam specifications are multifarious, production amounts of the beams are less, and overall dimensions of the beams are interchangeable to some extent, the design and fabrication of combined steel formwork for the precasting of the said beams will effectively shorten the working period and reduce production cost. In this paper, the design and fabrication of the combined steel formwork are presented.
