摘要
采用ALGOR大型有限元计算软件建模计算,设计2×653m双跨70t缆索吊机,缆索吊机按单组主索可横移式设计,经试吊各主要参数与计算基本相符,满足了主桥上部结构预制构件不同位置吊装的需要。
This paper presents the design of twin-span(2× 653 m) 70-t cable cranes by way of computation models established with ALGOR finite element software. The cranes are designed in such a way that single set of the supporting cable over one span is transversely movable. Proved by trial lifting, the principal design parameters of the cranes coincide with the computation on the whole and meet the need of lifting precast elements of main bridge superstructure at different locations.
