On-the-Spot Survey of Rational Use of Drugs in Our Hospital Using Selected Indicators

目的:评价我院门诊合理用药水平。方法:结合世界卫生组织推荐的合理用药指标,选择我院6个月门诊处方和门诊就医患者进行调查。结果:我院处方指标中平均用药品种数为2.15种,抗菌药物应用率达24.68%,注射剂应用率达10.25%,基本药物应用率为97.4%;患者关怀指标中患者平均就诊时间为3.8min,药品平均调配时间为25s,实际药品调配率达100%,药物标示完整率达95%,患者了解药品正确用法率达85%。结论:我院处方平均用药品种数、抗菌药物应用比例均较低。采用世界卫生组织推荐的合理用药指标来评价和比较医疗单位的用药状况具有可操作性。

OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the rational drug use level in our hospital.METHODS： The selected indictors recommended by WHO/ INRUD were applied to evaluate the use of drugs in the outpatient prescriptions within 6 months and outpatients .RESULTS： Of the outpatient prescription indicators in our hospital, the average kinds of drugs prescribed in each prescription were 2.15, the percentage of outpatients that received antibacterials, injections, and essential drugs were 24.68%, 10.25%, and 97.4%, respectively.Of the indicators showing concern for patients, the average visiting time of patients was 3.8min, the average dispensing time of drugs were 25s, the actual drug dispensing rate peaked to 100%, the rate of drugs with complete labels reached 95% ,and the percentage of patients who had a correct knowledge of the usage of drugs stood at 85%. CONCLUSION： The average drug kinds prescribed per prescription and the percentage of outpatients that received antibacterials were on the low side in our hospital.It is practical to apply the selected indictors recommended by WHO/INRUD to evaluate and compare the use of drugs in hospitals.
