Habermas＇ theory of the later period capitalism analyzes profoundly the inconsistency of market economy of capitalism and the root of economic crisis. It is believed that there are economic crisis, rational crisis, legislating crisis and dynamic crisis in modern capitalistic society. Comparing with the reality of the socialistic marketing development, the government is supposed to raise the awareness of crisis and carry out efficient macro regulation.
