烧结型Al_2O_3-ZrSiO_4锆刚玉耐磨复合材料的岩相分析

摘要 通过中试成功制得了相对密度达96%的烧结型Al2O3-ZrSiO4耐磨锆刚玉复合材料。其耐磨性超出刚玉瓷25%以上,成本低于类似产品。晶相组成为圆柱状刚玉、圆粒状锆石和莫来石固溶体。增韧机制主要为圆粒状锆石晶界钉扎作用以及三相连溶的骨架作用。 In the middle test,we have successfuly obtained the sintered zirconia corundumcomposite material of relative density being 96%. Its wearability exceeds 25% than the corundummaterial and its cost is lower than other similar products.The crystal phase is composed of the cylin-der corundum and the circle solid solution of the zirconia and mullite. The principle of tougheningthe material is mainly that the circle crystal zirconia nails in the crystal boundary and the skeleton ofthree phases joinning each other acts on the crystal.
