论新建本科院校学科建设与科学研究的协调发展

Coordination of the Discipline Development and Scientific Research in the Newly-Established Universities

随着新建本科院校办学水平的不断提高、科研实力的不断积累,学科建设工作的进一步发展已提到其议事日程当中。如何在基础薄弱、经费短缺和人才不足等不利条件下,有效开展学科建设工作,为学校发展储备持久动力,是值得我们深入研究的课题。文章主要探讨新建本科院校的学科建设工作和科学研究工作协调发展的模式,使学校早日形成优势学科,走特色办学之路。

With the reinforcement of the scientific research strength and the improvement of education environment,the further development of the disciplines in the newly-established universities must be taken into the agenda. The attention should be paid to how efficiently developing the disciplines for the sustainable development of the universities in spite of the weak basis ,finance deficiency, and talents shortage. This article discusses the coordinated development of the disciplines and scientific research by driving discipline development forward with scientific research, and the strategies of developing disciplines by the deepening of scientific research ,to build the preferential disciplines and form distinctive education in the newly-established universities.
