摘要
教育的均衡发展是实现教育公平的先决条件,而教育经济资源的不足与不良将直接导致薄弱学校效能的改善与提高。当政府在现有经济资源充分供给无法满足的条件下,薄弱学校主动寻找社会资源的加入是其面临的现实选择。借鉴他国经验,建立具有中国特色的法人治校将为薄弱学校吸纳社会资源、改善经济状况提供体制层面的保证。同时,也是改善薄弱学校经济状况的一个可行路径。
The balance in development of education determines the dispassion of education; however lack of finical resources in education would directly result in a bad effect on improvement and enhancement of education efficiency. In condition of insufficiency of current governmental finical resources, schools in need of fund have to go for the social resource. Considering the experience of foreign countries, the system of corporation may be the administrative guarantee for schools to get social fund, which is also a feasible way.
