摘要
以邻乙基苯胺为原料、卤代烷为烷基化试剂，在碱性条件下采用相转移催化剂合成了相应的邻乙基－Ｎ－烷基苯胺。
A sieries of N alkyl o ethylaniline were synthesized with o ethylaniline and alkyl bromide (alkyl: ethyl, butyl, hexyl) respectively. The alkylation is accelerated by phase transfer catalyst in aqueous alkali. The yields of N monoalkyl product and N,N dialkyl product were as follows. Ethyl as alkyl:33.7 % and 37.5 %; butyl: 36.3 %,40.3 %; hexyl: 27.6 %,56.0 %.Compared with N alkylation of aniline, o ethyl group near to amino group has a obvious effect on the N alkylation.
