摘要
将反应温度提高到190℃,成功地用水热晶化法合成了L沸石.考察了反应混合物的组成、晶化时间对L沸石晶化的影响.适宜的硅铝比(SiO2/Al2O3)为20~24,阳离子比(K2O/(K2O+Na2O))为0.67~0.78,晶化时间为4~8h都可得到L沸石纯相.
With the temperature up to 190 ℃,zeolite L is successfully synthesized with hydrothermal crystallization.It is studied that the effect of the composition of reactants and the crystallization time on the formation of zeolite L. Pure crystalline power of zeolite L can be obtained in such conditions: the suitable cation ratio(K 2O/(K 2O+Na 2O)) is 0.67 ̄1.00;the preferable molar ratio of silica to alumina is 20 ̄24;the crystallization time is 4 ̄8h.The laboratory synthesis was enlarged to about 5 liters of autoclave volume.
