摘要
介绍400 kt/a硫铁矿制酸装置沸腾炉的工艺设计。该装置采用两头一尾工艺,焙烧部分为2×200 kt/a双系列布置。考虑到装置原料粒度较细(200目以下的颗粒占94.3%),根据一般设计原理和某现有大型硫铁矿沸腾炉的生产实践,最终选定沸腾层操作气速1.12 m/s,折算为焙烧强度12.39 t/(d·m^2),沸腾层温度850℃,炉气停留时间13.2s,沸腾层高度1400 mm,二次风调节范围0~10%。沸腾炉投入运行后,各项指标达到设计要求。
Process design of fluidized bed roaster in a 400 kt/a pyrite-based sulphuric acid plant is described, whice adopted a two-head-and-one-tail process with a roasting system arranged in 2×200 kt/a dual series. Considering that the plant had finer pyrite concentrate as raw material, based on the general design principle and experience in an existing large-scale pyrite roaster, the final design selected operating velocity in fluidized bed of 1.2 m/s, which responded to a roasting intensity of 12. 39 t/( d·m^2), fluidized bed temperature of 850 ℃, residence time of roaster gas of 13.2 s, bed height of 1 400 mm, and secondary air rate of 0 - 10%. After put into operation, the roaster met all design targets.
