摘要
介绍50 kt/a卡尔多炉炼铅及烟气制酸装置的生产工艺、操作条件及试生产情况。考虑到卡尔多炉烟气波动较大,因此采用二氧化硫部分冷凝技术,将氧化熔炼产生的过多的高浓度二氧化硫气体部分冷凝储存,对其它熔炼阶段产生的低浓度二氧化硫烟气进行补充,以使进制酸装置的烟气φ(SO_2)稳定在5.332%,满足装置连续生产的要求,必要时也可生产液体二氧化硫。试生产情况表明,装置基本达到设计要求。
A 50 kt/a Kaldo lead smeher system and off-gas acid plant are described with respects to process, operating condition and trial production. Considering high fluctuation of off-gas, the plant adopted partial condensation technology to maintain SO2 concentration of gas fed to acid plant at 5. 332 vol% by partially condensing and storing of excessive high-concentration SO2 gas generated in oxidization stage and then releasing it in other stages which generated low-concentration SO2 for supplement, in order to keep continuous operation of acid plant, or if necessary, to produce liquid SO2, instead. Trial production showed that the design targets of the plants were mainly met.
