摘要
针对硫磺制酸装置废热锅炉多级给水泵在运行过程中存在的设备振动大、部件磨损严重,因而运行周期短等问题,对平衡装置进行受力分析,并在实际检修过程中采取相应的措施,取得了良好的效果。泵运行周期从20天延长到2年,为主装置的稳定运行提供了有力的保证。
A force analysis was conducted on the balance devices of multi-stage feed water pumps for waste heat boiler of a sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant, due to occurrence of troubles, such as strong vibration during rotating, serious wearing of balance disk and ring and consequently, shortened service life. Some measures were taken in actual maintenance and good results obtained. The pump service life was increased from 20 days to 2 years, giving a solid assurance for stable operation of main plant.
