摘要
针对飞机结构打样设计阶段缺乏全机有限元模型,无法快速对结构进行初步强度估算,在工程梁理论的基础上,充分利用静力等效原则及圣维南原理,有效使用有限元软件,提出一种合理、快捷、高效的有限元力学建模方法。算例及大量的工程实际应用表明:该方法效率高、实用性广,可以大大缩减飞机研制周期。
Aimed at the characteristics that lacking of the finite element model of the full airplane structure in the preliminary design of the airplane structures and can't estimate the initial strength of the airplane structure. This article put forward a kind of method to create the finite element mechanics model with the reasonable,fast and efficient characteristics basing on the foundation of the engineering beam theories and Saint-venant's principle and through the use of the finite element software. The example and the massive project practical application indicated that this method has the characteristics with high efficiency and broad usability and it can reduce the design cycle of the airplane structures greatly.
