摘要
通过对Ф1600风扇磨煤机工作中发生过载堵转故障时的动力学研究,分析过载堵转时造成350kW电机转子被推移位、电机地脚扭裂的原因,并提出过载保护措施。必须给主动轴上设计、加装液压安全联轴器,并为安全联轴器的设计提供了重要技术数据,解决了电力生产中的重大技术难题。
By studying the kinetics of overload stoppage of Ф1600 fanlike coal pulverizer and analyzing the reasons of rotor shifting of 350kW motor and fixed bolt breaking, a protecting method against overload was suggested. A hydraulic safety coupling was designed and was mounted on the driving shaft of fanlike coal pulverizer, by which the important technical problem was settled.
