摘要
针对传统原油含水量测量中存在的一些干扰问题,提出一种新的原油含水量测量方法——核磁共振(NMR)法。介绍了核磁共振法测量原油含水量的原理,设计并制做了由永久磁铁提供均匀磁场的小型核磁共振装置。文中较详细地对空心八棱柱体匀场永磁机构、共振吸收探头及电路等重要环节进行了分析说明。该测量装置总体结构简单、体积小、测量灵敏度高、测量结果受原油中其它杂质的影响小,有很好的应用前景。
It aimed at the existing problems of the water content in oil measurement by traditional methods, raising a new method Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR). We presented the basic principle of NMR using for measuring the water content in oil, and designed a minitype NMR equipment; The symmetrical magnetic field which was needed in the NMR equipment was furnished by permanent magnet. In this paper, the hollow eight prism permanent magnet framework, resonance probe and circuit were illuminated in detail. This measuring equipment was simple, small, sensitive and has little effect by the impurity in the oil. There was a good future of this equipment.
