摘要
提出了梯型螺纹在加工检验中存在的中径精度问题、影响中径精度的因素,通过详细讨论和理论分析以及与已加工零件的实际误差相比较确定:中径综合误差是决定梯型螺纹中径精度的主要因素。这一结论为同类零件的加工、检验提供了有价值的参考。
The error factor on ladder-shaped screw middle-diameter is introduced. And the reasons of the problem is analyzed in this paper. In addition, the achievements of the study has also a certain reference value for other products in machining ＆ checking ladder-shaped screw middle-diameter.
