羟基封端聚二甲基硅氧烷预聚物与甲基丙烯酸(酯)的共混改性

摘要 以羟基封端的聚二甲基硅氧烷预聚体与甲基丙烯酸(酯)单体在溶剂中共混缩聚,共混聚合物为刚性甲基丙烯酸(酯)链段和柔性有机硅链段交替排列产物,其热性能明显优于甲基丙烯酸(酯)。聚甲基丙烯酸(酯)/有机硅(体积比为90/10)共混聚合物的机械性能与聚甲基丙烯酸(酯)聚合物相同,但表面能和吸水率却大幅度下降。 The hydroxyterminated dimethylsiloxane prepolymer and methylacrylic acid (methylacrylate ) monomers were mixed and polycondensated in the solvents in order to get the so called polyblend. The chains of the polyblend consisted of methacrylate rigid chains and organosilicon soft segments, which were arranged alternatively. The thermal property of the polyblend was obviously superior to that of polymethacrylate. The mechanical property of the polyblend methacrylate/ organosilicon ( 90/10) was the same as the polymethacrylate. However, the surface energy and water absorption of the former greatly decreased compared with the latter.
