循环经济视角下的产业结构调整途径

从发展循环经济的视角看,我国的产业结构调整还存在忽视资源环境的禀赋性、忽视产业结构性污染、忽视产业内部结构层次提升、忽视产业结构体系的完整性等不足之处。调整产业结构必须坚持循环经济理念,要求构建新型产业结构系统,促进产业结构的合理化和高级化。基于此,循环经济视角下的产业结构调整途径主要有:积极发展地区资源特色产业,实现资源优化配置;全面调整产业结构布局,克服结构性污染;优化产业内部结构,促进节能降耗和积极发展生态产业,完善产业结构体系等。

For example, we have ignored the endowment of the resource environment, the pollution of industry structure, the improvement of the inner industry structure and the integrity of the industry structure system, In order to adjust the industry structure, we must adhere to the value of recyclable economy. That＇s to say, we must establish the new industry structure system to make the industry structure more reasonable and more advanced. The methods to adjust the industry structure from the perspective of recyclable economy are as follows： developing the local resource specialty industry actively to optimize the use of resources; adjusting the industry structure fully to avoid the pollution of industry structure; optimizing the inner structure of the industry to save energy and developing ecological industry actively to imnrove the industry structure system.
