摘要
通过现状排放、环境质量控制目标与预测环境质量、污染物削减和浓度贡献分析,核定得到了准确可靠的昆明城区二氧化硫环境容量;研究建立的从宏观理想容量到实际容量的多种模型体系,能较好地应用于二氧化硫环境容量研究;ISCLT3、环境规划模型较好地模拟了污染源与环境空气质量的响应关系,且二者具有较好的一致性.
Firstly, a reliable SO2 environmental capacity has been determined according to the analysis of control aim, model prediction, pollutant reduction and concentration contribution. Secondly, the model system from macro - capacity to actual capacity including the whole process of capacity research is established, which can be successfully applied in SO2 environmental capacity research. Thirdly, model of ISCLT3 and programming model can build a good relationship between emission and air aualitv, the result from which is coherent very well.
