摘要
运用有限元分析软件对汽车车身零件进行成型性能分析,得到的冲压分析结果作为车身零件的造型改进、冲压工艺设计及模具调试提供参考依据,可在很大程度上缩短产品开发周期、降低开发风险、减少开发费用。并以DYANFORM软件为例介绍冲压CAE软件在汽车产品开发中的应用。
Using finite element analysis software to analyze the forming performance of auto body parts, the results of the analysis can provide a reference for modeling improving, the stamping process design and the debugging of mould. It could significantly shorten the product development cycle and reduce development risks and development cost. Taking the DYANFORM software as an example, the application of the Stamping CAE software in automobile product development was introduced.
